History
The park was commissioned by the California Spring Blossom and Wildflower Association.
Brass plaques with flower-themed quotations dot the garden. The monument is a bronze bust, mimicking the Holy Trinity version in Stratford upon Avon. It sits in a locked box, which, oddly, ‘is almost never opened’.
