Commissioned by Susannah Hall.
The gravestone is inscribed with the following verse: ‘Good friend, for Jesus’ sake forbeare/ To digg the dust enclosed heare;/ Bleste be the man that spares thes stones,/ And curst be he that moves my bones.’
The church also displays facsimiles of Shakespeare’s baptism, burial, and marriage records.
